I understand that startups are told to first find problems & then the solutions - however, i have started a company which deals with Organic Hand-made(weaved) Cotton Fabrics - with textile design & Slow Fashion being the core feature. In this scenario - it seems unclear about what problems am I looking at. We do have a broad vision of the brand we want to build. But, the problem-solution set is constantly shifting for us - based on our vision, our market, other past players & few validation sales we did. Any words on this ?
